Refund policy

At BANNO'S, every piece is handcrafted with love and attention to detail. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect selection.

As each piece is made by hand, slight variations may occur, making every creation unique.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
    Your order number
    Clear photographs of the product and packaging
     An unboxing video

After verification, we will offer a replacement or an appropriate resolution.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once production or dispatch has begun, cancellations will not be accepted.

Refunds
Approved refunds, if any, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
